About First Impressions
Having 32 years experience in the industry I know how important it is to really listen to my clients, to have somewhere welcoming and friendly for them to come and be able to take time out for themselves.
There are separate areas within the salon for our male, female and junior guests to relax in.
We do take bookings, but there may also be a limited number of walk-in appointments available.
We pride ourselves on giving our guests outstanding hair dressing and customer service.
Our business is all about you, the customer.
A colour test 48 hours prior to your appointment is necessary for your own safety.
Treatments
Treatment One (15mins) £10
Hair is shampooed with Luminous Reveal Shampoo. Then Luminous Magnifying Elixirs applied and left on for 5 minutes, which is then rinsed off. This is followed by Luminous Instant Conditioner and relaxing head massage.
Treatment Two (20mins) £15
Hair is shampooed with Luminous Reveal Shampoo. Luminous Magnifying Elixir and Luminous Reboost Mask are then applied with a relaxing head massage. This is left on for 10 minutes before being rinsed off.

Car fumes, dust and chlorine are damaging for any hair type, add to that the excessive use of daily styling products and the result is a barrier on the hair that can prevent some chemical processes working effectively.
We recommend an in-salon detox treatment every 3 months, stripping away product build up followed by a nourishing conditioning treatment.
